Assign Values to Cards

In this card counting system, the numbers 2, 3, and 7 are assigned a value of +1. Cards 4, 5, and 6 are assigned a value of +2, the 9 cards are assigned a value of -1, the face cards and the 10 are assigned a value of -2, and the 8 and Ace cards are assigned a value of 0.
